Continuum of Care

 

At The Quadrangle, we strive to provide our residents with an environment where they feel safe and secure. This includes ensuring that all residents — for as long as they live here — have access to on-site medical care that can be tailored to suit their changing needs.

 

As a member of the Quadrangle community, you automatically have membership in our Continuum of Care, a comprehensive network of medical facilities and services that can be utilized for everything from routine doctor's visits to long-term care. This provides you and your family with peace of mind should you encounter a medical issue. The Quadrangle's Continuum of Care includes Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation; Personal Care; and Memory Care.

 

For The Quadrangle's Independent Living residents, Continuum of Care options also provide the opportunity to volunteer their time for the benefit of members of the community. Residents provide companionship to individuals who are ill in a variety of ways — from assisting them in small tasks like writing a letter to sharing friendly conversation over a meal— and their Involvement is a vital part of The Quadrangle's Continuum of Care initiatives.
