What is a CCRC?
A Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) is designed to offer active seniors an independent lifestyle with the peace of mind of affordable, on-site healthcare facilities and 24-hour-a-day security. The Quadrangle also offers access to coordinated social activities, dining services, and transportation to all residents.

 

What services are included with my monthly fee at The Quadrangle?
Your monthly service fee includes:

 

  • Accommodations in the residential unit of your choice

  • Lifetime health care

  • One meal per day — lunch or dinner

  • Full-time Fitness Director and daily exercise classes

  • Use of facilities and participation in activities (see complete list on our Recreation page)

  • Outdoor and indoor recreational facilities, including a pool and tennis courts

  • Regularly scheduled transportation for shopping, banking, and train connections

  • Access to the Quadrangle Resident Association

  • Security and maintenance supervision of all buildings and grounds

 

What are the individual resident apartments like?

Residential units at The Quadrangle vary in size and configuration, but all units include the following:


  • Wall-to-wall carpet or hardwood floor in the foyer and living room

  • Individually controlled heating and air conditioning

  • Grab bars in tubs and showers for safety

  • Weekly housekeeping services

  • Bed and bath linens furnished and laundered weekly

  • Private terrace or balcony

  • 24-hour emergency call system

  • Individual mailboxes

  • Lighted parking

  • Free self-service washers and dryers

  • TV master antenna

  • Concierge service

What happens if I need medical attention for illness or injury?
The Quadrangle has a Health Clinic on site that offers you access to some of the area's top primary care physicians and specialists in the medical field.

 

Do you have personal care or continuing care facilities?
The Quadrangle offers rehabilitative services, personal care, skilled nursing, and Alzheimer's and dementia care. Please visit our Continuum of Care Page for more detailed information.
